The Scindapsus Epipremnum Aureum, also known as golden pothos, delights with its heart-shaped, rich green leaves, which are often decorated with golden-yellow accents. In hydroculture it is particularly easy to care for – ideal for living spaces, offices and anyone who appreciates a robust, decorative plant.
Care in hydroculture:
Light:
Bright to partially shaded spot, no direct sun. The more light, the more beautiful the leaf markings.
Temperature:
18–26 °C is ideal; do not keep below 16 °C for long periods.
Humidity:
Very adaptable, also thrives in normal indoor air. Higher humidity promotes growth.
Water & nutrients:
Check the water level in the hydro pot regularly and avoid waterlogging. Add hydroculture fertiliser to the water every 2–4 weeks.
Special features:
Grows both trailing and climbing – perfect for hanging baskets, shelves or as room greenery with a climbing aid. With its fresh look, it suits any setting.
